Sadly, the voice actor of Bill, Jim French, passed away on December, 21, 2017.

He has voiced other characters in the Valve franchise including Father Grigori from Half-Life 2 , The Fisherman from Lost Coast and the Elder Titan in Dota 2 .
His final age was 89. Quite old, and no wonder that he died.

May he rest in peace, just as old Bill had done.
