IIRC when I was working on this map, a navmesh refused to generate for me as well. It's definitely due to the whole map being made up of power 4 displacements.

I need a nav mesh My nav_generate is stupid and would not even get to the creating nav mesh part and stay at the "sampling walkable space".

FL0FF!3, you can generate your own nav mesh by opening the console with ` and typing nav_generate

the carpet he's talking about is actually a bombing tactic called carpet bombing which is a plane bombing lined straight up like a carpet

There is Scary stuff or things like that?, because i want to play sandbox without things like Dark issac kleiners or gman appearing around the map (like in Gm_construct 13 Beta where i found distubring stuff in my happy sandbox).

Just did the calculations; if one Hammer unit = .75 of an inch, and the max map size is 32768 units, that is 2048 feet -- so not even half a mile.

That might be due to the ground only being made of displacements. there are very few world brushes so I think the game is having a hard time finding any land
