Also, the weapons are shared due to this conflict's nature, it's a civil war and anything could be used by anyone pretty much. In the next chapter there'll be an actual symmetrical faction layout, each with their own weapons.

The LMG doesn't deal splash damage, it just 10 balance splash damage. Balance damage doesn't actually remove any health, it's there to try and simulate supression a bit.

It's damage is only set to Heavy Arms as well, so it should only be able to damage lightly armoured targets. However, I'll change it to Small Arms now that you mention it.

Why does the AR13 LMG deal splash damage? It's way too powerful when used as an anti-tank weapon.
