@Shir Blackwater, I can add an optional mod that will allow you to purchase the clothing in stores for now. But since I plan on doing an overhaul for clothing later I wont be implementing it in leveled lists or adding patchs for other mods.

@cat I see. Thank you. Apologies for the dumb questions just wanted to be sure I understood things right.
I would be interested in being able to purchase the clothing at fisher villages (or anywhere) in a future update or addon to this mod.

Also not sure if it would be possible or something you could pull off, but might be interesting if these pieces could be crafted on their own outdoors workbench or made compatible with Interactive World's rice straw craftign bench for those who prefer a more nomadic playthrough. Just a suggestion. =)

@cat The overhaul I'm doing is typical big shot fan stuff. I'm rebuilding all settlements, integrate some new gameplay and asset mods, write some mediocre dialoge. Big goal is to merge my idea of realism and lore friendly. More civilian clothing is a great fluff addition. But I'll get it, I wont use your assets until I get a "go ahead". :)

@MagicLlama, it depends as I plan on using my models in an overhaul im working on myself

This is the type of mods that adds such a small detail to the game but has a huge impact on immersion. I love it!!!

@Shir Blackwater, as mentioned in the description this is a standalone mod. You can craft the armor for your people or use the start. This is for compatibility reasons as many people have heavy load orders and dont want conflicts. In the future I will be using these models along with my other models to overhaul the NPC's look since that's the goal of this clothing but its not ready yet so this is just a standalone release. I can add an optional mod that will allow you to buy them in stores but they are simple and cheap to craft under the clothing bench.

So this is a standalone model that has to be crafted and no NPC's will be encountered wearign this now and in future updates? Also will clothing shops orfishing villages sell any of this?

@Vintage - its a duo start. If you want to be solo just dismiss you life long friend at the start through the squad menu

*UPDATE: I've made the vest into a "shirt" slot so armor can be worn over it. I lowered the selling price of the fishing rod to make it cheaper. I made the backpack 6x6

I haven't tested it yet, but the effort in lore friendliness alone deserves a thumbs up, and lots of respect as well. Any chance to make these clothes have a base color (for example: white or grey) and react to faction/character colors?

*UPDATE: I realized i forgot to make the items craftable under the clothing bench. They should now all be craftable there, back pack included. The Fishing rod should be craftable under the Simple weapons bench. After you researched it of course.

I love mods like this, the stuff that isn't end game but to add flavor, good work
