Load subscribed craft from the 'Steam' folder - listed on the left side of the craft loading UI.

There are sometimes issues with craft not appearing right away after subscribing which is related to the Steam workshop database itself. 'Restart game', 'restart steam', and 'just wait' are the only potential fixes for this issue as far as I know.

How do I use this in the game?
I don't seem to be able to 'load' the craft from the game. I am subscribed, I have it in my favourites. What else to do?
