The current list is everything DB, SNCF, SBB and OBB. (even if mods already exist on the workshop for art style, balancing and quality control reasons)
I will also take on some more historical NMBS.
When those are done I plan on doing some NS, Trenitalia, Renfe, CP (Portugal) and SZ (Slovenia).
After that I don't know yet. Either I (finally :D ) start playing the game, I do some more countries, I do historical DB and NMBS (complete) or some freight trains.

As for the order, I regularly hold votes on the official discord to see what most people want to see next. I just do a couple of trains for each operator before moving on to the next. Continue the circle until it's done. :)
