An idea for ploppable vehicles like this you could do is the wrecked/abandoned cars seen in Half-Life 2/Garry's Mod/Source Games. Most of them are Eastern European/Soviet cars so they'd fit the atmosphere of Workers and Resources perfectly as decorations. Also a non-vehicle related idea would be ruined building's leftover from WWII to make it look like a Republic is still rebuilding.
