So far, i've completed 50 angler quests because of this texture/dialogue overhaul. it's genuinely nice to do quests for the little crab buddy. that shellphone doesn't seem that far off now.

I was so terrified when it started raining and i went to the crab for a quest just to get the "make it stop" text repeated far too many times, just for the golfer to say "I don't think so, (character name)"

I felt like I was in the middle of a creepypasta oh my god was i chilled-

This is still the best resource pack for a character in the whole game. So detailed, from dialogue, to shimmer, to the actual spritework. Great job, it's always a mandatory install for me. I love this little crab!

The Icon for the shimmered version isn't updated unfortunately, is this a bug or?

The Angler kinda looks like me and can also have my name, so I actually do like him and his superiority complex. Still subbed to this pack tho.

This started as a "haha reskin" but became a full on character resprite. I love them.

How dare you make me smile at the angler and feeling happy to help him get hundreds of fish? I have no other option than to wish you a very nice day, this is great

Also, if you ask his happiness, he might say something about the ocean twice. Leaving that in because it's silly.

Sorry for not updating in a while. Other things had my attention. As requested, there's now new dialogue regarding the Angler, including Princess' comment about him. Other dialogue and text referencing him now refers to his new, more friendly personality. I also vilified Cap'n Tunabeard because I could.

Also, due to technical limitations, I can't remove the party hat or change it SPECIFICALLY for the Angler. I have no clue if it's actually possible without mods. So, he now says a cheeky line during parties. Enjoy!
