I'm having the same issue as anomalY. With both this and the other mod that's supposed to allow recoloring clothpants, it just doesn't work. The other armor gets recolored, but the clothpants won't take faction colors like the screenshots show, even with only this mod active.

I'm having the same problem with this mod as the other. Even at the very bottom of the load order the regular Clothpants just don't seem to be affected at all.

That damn strap drove me nuts before I realized it was actually a LoFi error.
I found that making the clothpants Color 2 contrasts better, but this still looks good.
