Yeah they dont work on servers, however they were perfect for Arid map. Thats pity :/

Yes, you can spawn them in any map if cheats are on and you have the mod installed.

The mod is great just some examples or ways to help this mod to improve in my perspective of what would could fit nicely is a the same Humvee but with a Hood for the trunk (Forgot the name of it) or for those who like military RP there could be a LMG or a .50 cal but after all the mod is great, Keep up the work.

i used this mod for a while when i messed around in singleplayer and one of my favorite servers rn at the moment uses this mod. its a great mod, good models, good performance, etc. if i ever start a server with some of my friends, i would use this mod. 10/10

The reason being that I don't have enough time to work on it. I noticed multiple times that you're waiting for an update, but insisting in the comments won't help at all, if I feel like working on this, an update will happen, but that's not certain.
