I do not know what this is connected with, but I have noticed this on any buildings. After reloading, the saved props previously placed in the game disappear every time.
I think this is due to the Prop Snapping mod itself.

this gets some really weird behaviour from intercity buses. they constantly spawn at one stop, loop around between stops and then randomly despawn
