As a test, build the new school in a different location and see whether it works or not. Sometimes a new building helps.

It would be also awesome if you could use new textures on all of your buildings. Maybe because of texture update all lights broke.

I'll look at this again. The problems started after a previous update, but I don't know the reason.

Unfortunately, night lights are broken weirdly, I don't even have a slightest idea why. I even checked files of your mod, but yeah
