Ok, that's alright. I've never used hammer, so I don't really understand it's limits. But it's still a great map to send cars through at like 290 kph.

I have tested a lot of different variations, this is the best i am capable of. Adding more segments will cause hammer to not compile the map. If it is possible to do more segments i have no idea how to do that. So no, i literally can't make the torus smoother.
