Can't believe I haven't stumbled upon this til now. Will give it a go... I wonder though if there are some custom graphics that could enhance this further... hmm.

Mod doesnt work? Is there a fix? It just makes the bugmaster invisible.

Might be related with load order ? switch order with the start mod and mine maybe ? If you added other characters, a simpler thing to do would be to edit the buglander race and make it playable ^^

Ok it worked perfectly. Odd thing though for anyone who wants to do the same thing is his race changes if he is shown in the character editor, so I just added other characters into the start and never selected him, and then it worked fine.

You can easily edit the mod for that (copy it from workshop to kenshi/mods folder, there are tutorials for that and for creating a basic start) .
