Maybe instead of actually getting the Warden work type you could implement a sort of pseudo work type that lets the droids do everything that Wardens but talk (besides I'm not going to recruit my test subjects anyway), but hey I don't know a damn thing about coding so I have know idea how difficult programing that would be and it may not even be worth adding.
The main thing I'm looking for is a way to avoid having to have my colonists interact with their filthy Pawnmorpher test subjects as much as possible, if at all.
