Could you make a version that makes all idle Mechanoids silent? having a mechanitor gives me a headache with all the high pitched idle beeps and stretching noise they make all the time,

There is only one other mod that tries to fix it but it only works on small Mechanoids, which means I can't use any of the other mechs

Updated the way it works for everything before 1.6.

@JACK: make a local copy of the mod, go into the Patches folder, open up the Silencer text document. Look for Defs/ThingDef[whatever], and replace everything inside the brackets with defName="VFE_Supercomputer"

oh thank god. any way to disable just the supercomputer sound? I finally had to deconstruct mine, it was driving me up the wall. I enjoy the factory sounds though!

Is this mod, as well as the Drone silencer one, safe to add to ongoing saves?

oh my god, the time it took for me to find out where the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fkin noise was even coming from! i thought something on my setup was broken. also it actually hurt my ears, no exaggeration. argh. their worst idea yet was to implement that particular sound. i could keep raging on this for a while. thanks man.
