This is great outside of not having EID support, all the items have pretty nice functionality and it helps break up the boss pool having too many basic HP ups in it.

fat mushroom looks a bit... phallic

I don't know if you have anything planned for the sheet-of-paper lookin' item in the cover art, but the first thing that comes to mind is a Shopping List - one-use item like Alabaster Box, except it charges by collecting coins, and spawns one or two food items.

Also, does Fat Mushroom contribute to the Fun Guy transformation?

Thank you! What I will recommend is to have a passion for whatever you'll be doing, cuz if you don't than you wont go anywhere. Theres a really good sprite making tutorial online, just search isaac sprite making or something and its a youtube video with a thumbnail of isaac holding up a paper.
