The underground parking on these are such a nice touch!! Only noticed recently.

Yup they are ... you have to choose a template for buildings that aren t growables and I chose a unique building one. That isn t a problem, because these are created to be used with the RICO mod.
If you don't use Rico and want to place more than one, then you'd have to use a mod for that. I think the needed mod is called "not so unique buildings" or something like that ... don't know for sure.

For some reason all of your builings are unique building and I can't duplicate them. Can you tell me what am I doing wrong?

These are so useful and flexible, love them.

Any chance of growables of your condos?

Btw ... the clipping tool can be absolutely annoying, true ... but it isn't that "hard" either. ;) ... it also isn t "ideal"... you have to live with some imperfections and just do it. ;) The planters of the backside of the building, for example, were neccesary to cover the outer edges of the clipping whole. But i think the solution is ok. ;) Thanks! :)

Very nice. I like the build since it adds modern looks to the city.

This is awesome. I've tried to do similar underground garages, but the ground clipping tool kinda sucks and I'm impatient so I abandoned those ideas. You did a great job with it.
