Do I get this right that this also works with ACE Medical, as long as I'm not using AAPM?

You might consider adding UAS extra ammo as a requirement to solve the problem

"Addon 'UAS_ACE_Patch' requires addon 'UAS_Expansion_ELR'" error when launch arma. Tried to disable all mods except: "cba_a3, ace, uas, uas-ace patch", error still persists.
