So I have to remove them from the maps now as they appear as blue boxes in game. I fixed already some maps today, i'll fix the rest the coming days.
I removed all starting vehicles and replaced the 2 repair stations to medic stations

At the end of the page you can read .. encirclement doctrine with stormtroopers prob replaced by jaeger light infantry. Above you can read that jeager light inf can pop out of buidlings. Seems that all these commanders mentioned are old and not released yet and are able to change. They also mentioned engineers that are specialized in repairing units but are bad in combat. I found these units also in the worldbuilder but I couldn't make them working. Anyway you can try out the jaeger light inf in this map. Great inf killers I found out and can shoot from long range.
This map (just like it's predecessors 'vire river' and 'reversed defence') are made from scratch by me. Only the last 2 'operation margarethe' and 'gambits down' are conversion/remakes.:)
@ Icechuck. I don't know if people would like an only night map because the nights in my maps are realy dark.
@ tonabona I didn't make a winter version of this map because I tought that on this trench map it wouldn't make much difference as the troops won't freeze but I can do a day/night cycle version pure for eye candy. Maybe later. Lately I am busy, I worked on a mapconversion and just released it but couldn't even playtest that map fully.
@ RedSliverDragon. I just had the time to play a game and I noticed that everyone who starts to play with player 5 is affected. So its not the commander or the map. Its the tiger ace that nerfs the fuel income. Its the penalty player 5 gets for starting with the tiger ace. Once that tiger is destroyed everything is normal. So .. player 5 needs to be heavy on infantry to support its tiger ace. There are lots of anti tank goodies to grab in the base like panzerschrecks and atguns also fuel dropped from the air can be taken, you find 2 in each base and on the hills ;)
Player 5 also has a howitzer gun from the start.
