i think its do to some recent update for gmod or the lack of updates for arccw base. I have the same problem and i tried everything and nothing but the MW2 weapon reload sounds still work tho.

for those having missing left hand and gun for akimbo, make sure "custom camera movement" is on and if yall getting insane lag spike after reloading akimbo just turn off automatic reload it somehow causes that

The G36 OICW grenade (Specifically the OICW) just falls straight to the ground, I don't have any conflicting addons so this shouldn't be happening

When I use different amunition for the Raging Bull, say the shotgun shells, and I reload, there are always the regular bullets in the cylinder before loading in the ammo I'm using. It's not like that with the M24.
I hope you'd be interested to fix it if possible...

Cool mod, however, I feel bad that the updates for arccw butchered your mod. I wouldn't want to update it to if the source code kept being changed. But, what you provided even with bugs from updates is still awesome :D

This mod has some of the most extensive customization I've seen in any other mod great job!
Also since arc9 came out idk if arccw will get anymore mod breaking updates.
Just a thought.
