I have been using this mod for years, and it has worked great. However lately it has been happening whenever I cast a psionic ability. Any input?

With this mod loaded running RPGO, I still get the squid if my psionic soldier uses Soulfire with the Soul Steal perk. Something about the animation for the soul steal seems to bring on the squid.

PARAGON: Wraith's Outfits, atleast one of them does this. I never see it in game, only in the starting menu. Love the one where it's one of the Chosen watching my guy like, "What in the Elders' name am I looking at?"

If you're not using any cosmetic mods that exhibit the problem then you won't see the squid. Sadly there's no logging so we can see which mods are causing the problem.

@fumusamarai: Also in fairness there, it's also a mod coded by fireborn. He is kind of hilariously incompetent at coding. Especially for compatibility.

Great mod! How about coming up with a fix for the bug when soldiers and even enemies cosmetically appear in a square they did not move to? I think it usually happens more often when you press + to speed up gameplay.

Never see this bug ,until I meet this mod···after that ，SQUID come to my menu！！ I doubt it some kind of creature ，leave in other Dimension ，some how they can projection in xcom2 ，and Infected audience thinking ，anyone know them wiil be locking ，and through computer +xcom2 so reveal themself， the purpose they have appear to be unknown （Serious face）

Ohhh I always got this bug with Wibbles from fireborn. It's currently nexus only, but I still use it. I thought it was just a weird thing from wibbles trying to appear on startscreens (and yes, I did make a reddit post, no i dont regret it). I'm not fixing it tho xD I always thought that was just how he was meant to be posed lel

I am still getting the squid issue, always with Psi attacks. It's pretty terrifying watching my soldiers become twisted abominations that are practically screaming in misery and begging for death.

Some cosmetic mods cause the soldier on the shellscreen to bug out like https://imgur.com/a/iHhqPfp
If you dont have the issue you wont need this mod.
