This halo HUD solved incap UI issue.
I'm sure you can fix it too.
1. Unpack the entire mod (I use GCFScape for this).
2. Navigate to "resource/ui/hud" and open the "localplayerpanel" files (normal text editor may work, I use Notepad++).
3. At the bottom of the files are two special blocks (one for the crosshair and one for the visor overlay); look for the "visible" line in these blocks and change their boolean from "1" to "0" to disable them, then save the files.
4. Repack the mod and install it as a normal addon.
Works well for me, but worth pointing out that the outline for the healthbar is part of the visor overlay.
