1) first i got it by subscrioption then i copied and pasted .vpk from workshop folder to custom folder
2) i also got that 900rpm u recommended, and also some reskined shotgun with unfolded stock, and thats all i got, just these three

#2. do you have ANY other mods active that affect the MP5? because ALL mods affecting ANY aspect of the smg (including ammunition models, sound, gameplay mechanics) will all disable this mod

the model is showing just fine but i have a problem with bullet casing because the bullets are showing as ERRORs in the game. Dont know if anyone got the same problem but i need help with it, please

I'm dumb. I thought I removed all my unsubscribed mods from my workshop folder but I missed one. I deleted it and that solved the problem. Thank's for the help. Sorry for wasting your time.

Did you install manually or accept a simple subscribe download? I just tested it via subscription and then booted up Surface Tension to test it immediately, and it worked fine - couldn't replicate your problem. Do you have Firearms Source Resources installed?

I loaded from a fresh save, picked it up in we've got hostiles and when the inspection animation plays, there's a click sound at the end of the animation but the rest of the animation is still silent. The reloads are still silent.

Are you loading from a fresh save (i.e. picking it up in We've Got Hostiles) or are you loading a game in-progress?

I love this model but I've noticed the physics on the third person model are glitched and don't lay properly.

Also I don't think I retained the old 9mm M4 file, I'll have to look to see if I can find them and upload them for someone else to try and convert.

Did you load a saved game or start a new game? Have you tried snd_restart in console? Or reinstalling?

I had the permission of the original author to reupload this because he was uninterested. I would rather the files be available in a less than optimal, but still playable state - and for the modding community to alter to their heart's content - than have it languishing in hell, unused and unusable; or worse, totally wiped from the internet with no one ever able to access it ever again. You are welcome to fix the glitches still present if you wish.

At all, why even bother keeping a mod re-uploaded in the first place if it has so many reported problems that you yourself cannot fix due to lack of experience? It's better to just remove this and politely ask Cliffton_Vlodhammer back into the community.

Seriously, "he" was the king, i don't know why Cliffton had decided to remove the entirety of their online internet presence in the first place. Perhaps from the looks of it they couldn't handle people criticizing their stuff, perhaps they took "moving on" too seriously, or both.

I don't know at this point anymore. Cliff "himself" has all of the answers.

Cliffton was a traitor to wipe the entirety of "himself" out of the internet's existence and not maintain this as a functional addon, only for someone to make a crappy port of it that functions only about half of the time, and about the only excuse being as follows:

If you didn't make this mod, and have zero knowledge, then why upload it? Why not just plead for the original creator return and then get back to maintaining their stuff instead of just simply reuploading this burning crap-pile by yourself with no modding experience?

Do you have any other mods that may conflict with it? I.E. mods that affect the SMG or HEV gloves? Have you tried starting a new game or did you load an extant save? Have you tried removing the mod items from your custom folder and putting them back again?

The animations work but there's no sound when reloading.

Did you download "Firearms Source Resources" as well? Sometimes if you just hold down the LMB instead of releasing it to reload, or tactically reloading before the mag is empty, will skip the animation.

cause mine don't reload, the ammo counter changed but no animation

is their a proper reload animation?
