How do you trigger the conversation / talk to him?

Hey Sigge was trying to get this civilian interaction to work on a server but no luck. Have you had any luck getting this to work ? thanks

anyway you could have this interaction follow the civilian as he walks around instead of being stationary? would add a more complex search and find element to the mission.
