I need help, this gun and many other guns, costumes, and maps won't appear in my Mutators list, and I keep restarting, but only a select few actually show up in the Mutators list? Any suggestions?

content from all kinds of games have been "injected" into the KF multi-verse.. Thats the whole point in the game.. exsisting content along with original work from people are all most welcome.
If Borderlands gazillion weapons came to KF would you complain??

Bro, specify your title. This gun doesn't exist in Fallout: New Vegas unless the game was modded, in which case you just stole someone else's mod and threw it in a different game. Way to go.

After some research, I found this is a mod for the game. Please put F:NV Mod. It's not from F:NV. Just because it uses the same rigging and other things doesn't mean it is a Fallout Universe weapon.

This is not from F:NV. I've spent over 400 hours in it with full DLC. The .45 AUTO pistol is a 1911. SO, yeah. This isn't from Fallout: New Vegas.
