I think a chunk converted to blocks may cover 5 tiles in vanilla, which I have always thought was a bit low. If you consider adding this feature, I would like some 6-8 tiles covered in pebbled flagstone per stone chunk.
This would allow a primitive tribe to afford a few simple roads, while a medieval settlement may use it for large/longer roads where beauty is not important.
Oh, and thank you for keeping so many mods alive. I use a few continued mods, that I would be hard pressed to do without.
