@MayoAu, if they optimize their game and bring back mods to Steam Workshop, I'll do it.

I don't want your money, I want to play this game again and continue modding on it but not in those conditions. If you really want to do something, bring back Wildcard in the right direction.

how to get it to work for gestating

for those having trouble with gestation eggs. Just hold down the button to show you the options (E) on PC and you can turn on the feature

This doesn't seem to work for dinos that gestate instead of laying eggs. It just gives a max tamed level dino with neither of the parents' stats instead. If anyone knows a fix for this, please let me know

This mod still works for me on most ARK dinos and MODDED, if anyone has any issues i suggest putting this in your .ini file.

NotTransferTamedStats=False

This makes sure your leveled dinos stats will go onto their offspring.

Hatch the egg as close as you can to the parents.

If the stats dont transfer use a soul trap or cryopod on the baby and throw them out next to the parents.

I am not a developer of any kind i just see lots of reviews of people running into issues and thought id recommend my methods.

ill send you a price range of 100-2500$ USD if you can update this mod im a twitch streamer and ive been experiencing bugs with certain dinos for example a managarmr wont copy the best stats of it parents and levels. This bug has been happening for a long time and im 100% legit about them money.

How to use this mod? My dynos don't take the best stats

I'm sorry guys, as I already stated it in the description, I won't update this mod. UE4 ark dev kit has destroyed my last PC, never again I launch this again. Plus I don't have the project files anymore.

I might re-create this for ASA in the future but the last time I launched it, the performances was so bad that I decided to just wait before touching this game again, I'm not really informed of news about it since snail games just cumulates disapointements + betrayals towards its community.

I understand your frustration, I loved playing with this myself. But I'm not for sale, even less if it's at the cost of my PC parts.

I could add few bucks too. One of the best addons for ARK. Its so good that should be in basic settings!

Yeah this mod is busted, my raptors are hatching with random levels between 1 and 400, and their stats make no sense. I had a raptor with all stats 0 except for health at 90, another with all 0s except for attack at 90. The baby has 100 on health, 20 stamina, and 120 weight and attack. This mod just pulls numbers out of nowhere.

Mod is completly broken, dont use it!
I tested on my singleplayer with mammals, and they are giving birth to parasaurs!
I tested with best eggs too to see if it work, worked some times, but others was just strange things happening
I tested with some megateriums, and some of the inherited the levels of the rexes

The mod still works for me, but I had a really weird thing happen. I was breeding Deinonychus and Carch at the same time and randomly my Deinon levels transferred to my Carches, causing their levels to jump massively. Is this intentional or a random occurence?

idk if i dont understand breeding or this mod but i got a lvl 398 Arge from a lvl 260 and 265. love it but i am confused

dont download mod does not work at all and is abandoned.

i have some argentavises that have 254 in health and damage but everytime i restart my game i need to pick them up and then place them down again to make them have their correct stats and its super annoying

if you use the mod "best eggs" then this mod works without flaws

any breeding mod that actually work in 2023 ?

My babies have the best stats of parents but after restarting my computer, the weight of my babie drop down to default parents weight stats (not the leveled stats).

@alphagodith I used a mod called breeding place I think. It lets mammals lay eggs like S+ tek structures. It seems to work a bit now. But when I cryo the tame their stats nerf hard

@terminaut sounds like you hit the stat cap so it rolled over or something. how were you using this mod for megatheriums tho, they don't lay eggs and it only works for egg-layers for me.

i love this mod im using it in a massive modded series. but i have a question sometimes the mod has no affect on my server, will this mod be less efficient if i have around 38 mods or more?

I had a question, I was breeding megatheriums and when I bred stats around 100k HP and 2000% damage, the stats stopped passing to the baby. Is there a reason this is happening

seems to work well enough but only for dinos that lay eggs. doesn't work at all for mammals.

is this completely broken across the board, or does it work in limited circumstances? if it works with wild stats only on maps other than genesis, that'd suit me fine.

Not rly a bug but i tried to breed megatheriums and they couldnt get over 444% melee, even tho the Dad had 3k
fems had around 300-500% (skilled in weight/stam/health)

did this mod started to get worked on again?

i really love this mod , but i have some problems with it , my breeded dinos with god stats lost all ther good stats from one day to another . and that is really disapointing , is there anyhope that you , update this mod so thaht it works korrektly sorry my bad enghlish im a german :D

I have a Yuta and it’s mom I think has 3k meele and the father has 450k health, but the baby only come out with 98k health and 1,9k meele. The babies are 3 gen.

so for those of you using egg incubator to hatch your eggs, its gonna show the values if you were still playing vanilla, but as soon as they hatch theyre automatically made into perfects

Yeah... We definitely need an update... The mod is super-awesome anti-grind tool at workshop.

Tempted to download this mod, This breeding and killing and breeding and killing hundreds of times for that small % chance to carry over the preferred stats is just painful.

i try use this mod in lost island with vanilla dinos ark and dont know what is wrong but any baby take the stats from parents i try with a variety of dinos but nothing any idea?
