Firstly the avatar for Torinubar is a question mark in the lord recruitment tab
Secondly blue and red lines for his skill tree are not connected and can be unlocked at any point.
Thirdly Greater Arcane Conduit appears as part of his unique yellow tree and his generic yellow tree.
As for suggestions:
Allowing Gatekeepers to be recruited from unique ports such as the Straits of Lothern.
Allowing Teclis to recruit Torinubar and the Gatekeepers as well as other High Elf colonies to be able to recruit Gatekeepers such as Citadel of Dusk and Fortress of Dawn.
Also, I'm not seeing what building the Gatekeepers are recruited from?
