I rather to make things lore friendly than realistic-ish and add some obvious easter eggs. As I said below, in the original one the text was just a random unreadable placeholder text and it is still quite unreadable ingame as the model is quite low-poly.

You can try to export it manually, it may work. I don't recall the name of the texture of it on L4D1 but at least the model is the same.

@People like grapes: It is not even possible to read the jokes ingame, as the original texture where the text was basically random unreadable stuff and the original model is quite low-poly, the jokes are only placeholder text.

There are two decent versions around Workshop, made by Sprinklez and the other made by Funreal. I like Sprinklez's one although I think it needs some tweaks.

The Bile Jar is on L4Dmaps as I remember. Many of Funreal's mods weren't uploaded to Workshop.

I had never seen a decent medkit remake that actually looks like the original. There was a guy who stretched the textures and added normals, but still didn't look so good. :p

P.S.: Just remembered that Funreal made a HD medkit, but I didn't like the saturation.

I did, just released a molotov remake today and I edited Miztaegg's HD pipebomb to look more the original one. In my opinion, medkit and adrenaline don't look so bad as I can read them properly. :D

About the BIle Jar, there is already a great version made by Funreal.

And for the record, I wouldn't mind a remake molotov that is slightly doctored up. It's hard to make it perfect, but I think even an attempt would be great. Just my opinion. c:

Thanks. Well, I've been using the CSGO molotov here as it is in a better resolution.
I already tried to remake the original molotov, but it didn't look so good. The label was so screwed that I couldn't guess everything written there, match the fonts and vector it properly, so I gave up.
