works on 0.87. if it doesnt work for you on existing game, you should click "Load Game", then click on the 3 dots in the top right corner, Add or remove mods, turn the mods on and load the game. (thanks KimJongAffe)

Mod not working with 0.87

The 0.87 update seems not to work in 0.87. Before loading a game with that mod it shows the message that this mod is missing, even after several restarts, de-installation, re-installation etc. pp.

If you want to add mods to an old savegame:
click "Load Game", click on the 3 dots in the top right corner, Add or remove mods, turn the mods on and load the game. Done.

as far as I know it only works on new maps cuz you need to activate the mod from the start
