The shattered worlds should be able to be compressed back again as a smaller world to compensate the core for a bit of a surface.

@LeafyGrove as far i know shattered worlds are excluded from terraforming. They are dead, coreless worlds, much more husks of once was called planet. Only mod that took on making something from shattered planet is giga-engineering,wich allow u to turn this husk into mine

Can you terraform shattered worlds? Playing a mod that puts your civ as a sole survivor civ in a post apocalyptic galaxy filled with blackholes and shattered worlds.

It's Guilli Planet Modifier, this mod only expands terraforming check original description

Or forgive me for the second post, is it a base game thing?

I have a question. Is it a mod that gives some precurser worlds a valuable modifier that allows for that world to be terraformed once you get the tech or does that come from say.. Gulli's Planet Modifiers or Planetary Div?

@Shadowcast,probably not because AI is not programmed, that way. When i play version 2.7.X AI didnt touch those planet affected by that mod
Shadowcast 9.1.2021 klo 22.04
Will it also let AI do terraforming?
