Hi @Kultturelli, im trying to make my own mod like this but not able to upload it and none of the guides i looked have worked so im comenting here as a last resort. I cant get the mod working standalone, the only way i can make the game detect my mod is by taking a mod like yours, wipe the folder and put my files, but of course it doesnt letme upload it because thinks its your mods, if you want to help me we later can chat more privately, any help will be usefull

@japek123 I think what you are picking up might be the how the steps slide on the ground. It happens with the vanilla duck animations too, it's just less noticable.

There shouldn't be any real lag. The mod just replaces the duck textures with new ones.
