Do you think you could update a note in your description about the salt separator? I had to come digging here to realize it's under the 'Mining' category and not Electrics or Crafting.

@GoingBatty this mod does contain so called 'normal' solar panels too. I did consider making an array, but realized larger construction is really hard to actually build in game, because the collisions collide and cause the game not to allow the build. Just build several :)

Can we have a solar array? That needs no salt but it's balanced in some other way?

Aaah lol for some reason I thought it was something I had to do IRL to the mod. XD Making a new mesh item ingame, that is a capacitor storage box.

Actually, i dont know if this is nromal but you can map capacitors at the robotics bench for copper ore and iron plates and when made, the capacitor bench worker will then transport the made item to a empty robotics store.

I have to admit I have no idea what a capacity storage is and how one can add it to a mod

@Pineapple King That is just how the game works, all I can do is to select the tier lvl and the prerequisite technologies. I can remove prerequisites but it really does not make sense to be able to build the Molten Salt Generator before you can build those techs.

I found it eventually, i mean it makes sense that you would require the techs to make the component parts but the whole tech didnt appear until i had paid for steel/electrical component/iron rather then appearing when you just get those techs ready to pay for.

@Pineapple King it should already be listed in the tech research. You do not need a blueprint. @mahatmadandy that can be arranged :)

Thank you so much for this super nice mod. As your other mod: Geothermal Generator is clearly a cheat mod, it would be great to make this one lore-friendly and balanced one. All this mod needs is changing Molten Salt Solar Generator's power output from 400 to circa 110-120. I counted for extra resources involved, comparing to wind generator. This would automatically made this mod great imho. Alternatively would you consider making a little patch called " Lore friendly version etc.." ?.

Im needing help. I cannot seem to find a means to acquiring slat to start the machine. Im using Genesis, which seems to add salt, however i do not see what salt is provided by this mod as the salt I do get gets an error "invalid container type."

Yes. I am also lost on how to get salt. I have an auto miner that never provided so I made a basic mine and did it by hand still nothing.

Try mining by hands, not machinery? See if that would give you salt.

Hello! Been trying this mod and i don't understand how to get salt it says: "Research unlocks salt as a side produce to stone mining" but i have already 3 automatic stone mine and haven`t see any salt. Maybe i'm just an idiot and can't see it.

Is it possible to have a compatibility patch with "Crow's world gone fishing" so that the salt in the mod can be used in this one ? Feels weird to have to build 2 different type of salt mines

Can you make basic solar panels? Say, a table sized panel that only produces like 5 units of power, so you can have "free" energy as long as you can devote the time and space to building large arrays? If it's not possible to make them only function during the day, you can imply that there's a battery built in.
