@Stormchaser91 Where are you looking?
If you have the Extended Spawnmenu, in the spawnlists tab on the left pane, scroll all the way down until you see "Browse Sounds." Click on that and then expand the "Addons" category and look for "Additional VOX Lines" in there.

it's in "sound", your local gmod directory

They are located in the "vox" sound directory.
