Previously, Old Shek Hero was the only recruit, and he was limited to cities owned by the Shek Kingdom. I have now updated the mod to include Old recruits to the generic recruit pool, so they should randomly appear in Waystations. I have also added random recruits to Sho-Battai, so you can see what is available. NOTE: There are a LOT of bar squads in Sho-Battai, so it will take some searching of the bars and bakery, along with waiting for them to actually enter the bar. They ARE there, but they'll take some looking.

Does this add npcs/recruits? If they are in the game they are incredibly rare, I haven't found one elder in my travels yet.

Perfect, now I can truly be a bottom-dweller and only pick fights with the old and crippled! Truly a must-have mod for the optimal kenshi experience.

I'm actually not exactly sure where it starts yet, the force start locations are not intuitive, and I haven't found anything to help me understand the coordinate system of start generation.

@EuchreJack - fantastic! The start can be somewhere in the golden triangle made by Heng, South Stone Camp and Slave Farm; Beak Things are nearby, too ;-)

Is there any chance for old Scorchlanders - solo or a group of old farts with faces marked by the oh, too colourful lives and bodies far too fragile for their still rather pompous egos? ;-) Can be an old chap with a debt ('coz young ones don't know how to play blackjack!), waking up after a party (gimmie another bottle of rum, NOW!) in the middle of a desert, with his...unspeakable barely covered. Thinking about the Silver Horde from T.Pratchett's books now. ;-) Would you consider creating and old Scorchalnder start, please?

You've got plans to add the rest of the vanilla race variants in the same fashion? I'm loving this mod, the slow regen was the top of the cake, very inmersive, I highly recommend playing this for people looking for a funny way to add difficulty in kenshi.

I just implemented a new recruit in the Shek Kingdom's bars, return them to the lands of the United Cities if you wish to see the fruits of old age for yourself...

Anyone that is interested in this theme and would like to see it explored under other scenarios, let me know. The aged noble trying to figure out how to spend their last days in the world of Kenshi was the first thing to come to me, but there are other stories to be told. Flotsam Ninja who dedicated her life to overthrowing the Holy Phoenix? Newly freed slave wondering what they can do with nothing but a worn body? Probably lots of other things I hadn't thought off. Want to see old Shek, or aged Hive Princes? I doubt that old hive drones even exist, as they would die if tapped lightly on the shoulder, but if you want them let me know.
