It was at one point; but the code has been lobotomised into basically nothing; all it does now is point at the nearest player/npc and apply force; which is what a wire brain for hostile machines basically does.
Unlike Dimpy, it has no special features; it does not react to being looked at or looked away from.
It simply flies towards the nearest living thing with murderous intent.
