Not so much "Socialist Modernism", but how about creating the Palace of the Soviets, a building designed in the Stalin era and was planned to be constructed, but never was due to the German invasion? I've yet to see anyone attempt it for Cities: Skylines.

Don't Marle. It is rubbish, has no LOD, and the lighting is weird. But, if IsDanBall can make something mint out of it, then it has served it's purpose...you too can have it if you want ;)
