Yeah, btw I checked Official Unturned Modding Discord and they told me it can't be done.
Only way is to do a Plugin that will heal you after hit from the Gun, but I don't know how to script and it would cost me money as well.
Plus why adding plugin to this Workshop just because of 1 item you know.
So, sadly Syringe Gun won't be there.
