I realize now the thumbnail is a bit misleading. The tongue is a completely separate model that i had used.

Hey man, how did you do the thing where the tongue comes out when grabbing a survivor like in the image
There seems to not be a way to move or change the tongue.

Hm...You might possibly have other models conflicting with this model? I'm not exactly sure, considering that I myself am subscribed to my addon, and it works fine for me.

@Sentry Gun, can you please elaborate? I have used the tank model in my own personal projects and all the fingers seem to be working fine. They have all their bones and are all rigged individually.

@lol The Description clearly states that this does not contain the left 4 dead 2 specials. For the left 4 dead 2 specials, install the official left 4 dead SFM DLC.
