Bretonia is supposed to be based on France and also England. English had professional foot troops. Men at arms were either minor nobility or yeomen.

These are amazing! Would love to see some for lower tier infantry like Men-at-Arms

Maybe in the future, but for now probably just these. There are a lot of other great reskin mods for the knights and men-at-arms, but I found there were very few good ones out there for the higher infantry like pilgrims and squires.
