Unfortunately model replacements don't work with viewmodel animation replacements. However, mmod redux uses Juniez's replacements, so use that instead.

all MMOD weapon reanimations will conflict with weapons that use the basic animations

I'm a little bit triggered that every version of this MMOD replacement doesn't have the new pistol animations or the new strap for the shotgun.

Try with menu_cleanupgmas in console, if you dont know how to open console search a video for it.
