This mod is not necessary anymore, just use Vanilla Expanded Textures.

Probably, Vanilla Textures Expanded added a patch like this mod so it really doesn't add much anymore.

This mod breaks "Comigo's Majestic Trees". Could you add an option to disable any tweaks this mod does to trees so that we can still have hd flowers, mushrooms and other plants?

You can use it with vanilla textures expanded, but this mod would override the plants textures.
