Jelli, it still works if you spawn it in without dlc, just add a rover cockpit with the name "Buggy Cockpit".

It looks a bit shite without the dlc blocks, but it's a great cheap walker for survival

Amazingly small and it works. The server admin might come look who's making the server work so hard, but this thing walks FAST.
