@biohazard95 It is done just using the shake tool. There is an option to make it audio responsive after you´ve drawn the movement. Play around with it.

@꧁ℕ𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕪꧂ I see, That is a common misconception tho and I believe the resolution shouldn´t effect the pc performance almost at all. Either way I made the wallpaper in a way that it should run well on most computers. Thanks again for liking it!
