1) Yes, I'm repeating it but won't go too in-depth, the jingles have GOT to go.
2) The paint is seriously underused. Why would anybody want to paint the flaps and not ALL the white bits like it's nose. Or - even better, why not let us paint the actual reindeer itself? That's clearly the main draw of the hat - the reindeer. I truly believe this has NEEDS 2~3 new edit styles as it's current ones are underwhelming for cosmetic sets.
Other than these issues - this hat does still hold up, but it really needs these changes to be a usable, desirable or tradeable - as multiple people have an "aversion" to it due to these issues.
Again - props to the creators as the hat is absolutely AMAZING and one of my faves, just my opinion on how to make it better :).

disable the jingles
I hate to do this cuz i see the point has already been made, but would it be possible to take a look at adding a no-jingle style or something? I want to ware this hat on spy, but the jingle is audible to the enemy team despite disguising and cloaking!!
