Yes, you need Portal 2 and Black Mesa content for the map
But Black Mesa is not a compatible game with Garry's mod but there are 2 ways to install Black Mesa content (models, textures and sound)
1 extract the materials, models and sound pack.dir of Black Mesa files game.
Or, you can download addon of Black Mesa Content
