Huh, I see the Romanov resemblance now you mention it. That's actually a cool idea, and if I get one if this gets added, I'll probably make a Romanov-themed Medic loadout.

The meme promo has nothing to do with the hat in all honestly, the original concept was based on Dr. Romanov from CSGO and it just sort of happened to resemble

This cosmetic is designed as a "meme cosmetic", but this is genuinely cool looking and I would use it anyway regardless of its meme status. :)
