If you have the mod "Dynamic Blood Placement", sometimes the environment splatters will spray on characters, but that's somebody else's mod not mine so idc.

I updated the addon with a fix, all is well now. It seems that either blood1.vmt or blood2.vmt didn't work properly (I still blame a GMod update), and they have been removed. The addon looks exactly the same.

You could have a conflicting texture mod or other blood mod. I can't reproduce that screenshot, so I don't know.

no, i did have another blood mod (crunchy's 2022 blood overhaul) but idk if it's another mod causing it, or it's the mod itself. I'll disable all mods except this one to see.

Is that just one bullet hole in the screencap? Do you have any other blood mods like RagBlood/Litegibs etc on? I tested it in game and while it doesn't look like yours it's still bigger than it should be. A GMod update probably messed it up.
