The Ploppable RICO Revisited mod allows for asset creators to change the statistics of a "Unique Building" or "Park" and turn them into one of the 4 main building types, Res, Ind, Com, Off with the number of workers/families and level that building provides.
You don't actually need the RICO mod, but without it, the building won't "act" like the creator may have intended. It will just be a regular Unique Building or Park.
As for using Ploppable RICO Revisited, it's not too difficult and I couldn't live without it.
